Anxiety and Self-Fulfillment

s YOU study God's ways in your human nature, you will perceieve ever more clearly that anxiety plays a central role in your everyday life. With or without your awareness, anxiety influences your feelings, thinking preferencesm prejudices, attitudes, and outlook in numberless situations. It does the same to the people involved in your daily life. Thus, people ifteb sense unreasiness or tension within themselves or others, without quite appreciating the meaning of these stresses. As a result, they sometimes find themselves unfavorably disposed toward themselves or others for no apparent good reasons that are either totally or partially misunderstood, misplaced or misdirected.

2 It would help you immensely toward a greater peace of mind and external harmony with others, to reflect often on the basic human problem: It is normal for a man to experience some measure of emotional stress, not only in his dealings with others , but also in his self directed concerns and expectations.
Why is this so? Every man has his share of inadequacy , Be they ever so vague or indirect, these feelings or inadequacy arouse some sense of insecurity. From this sense of insecurity, proceeds some degree of anxiety. He who would live at peace with himself , God, and his fellow man, must learn to tolerate the inevitable anxieties of this earthly life.

3 Anxiety is at the root of many a human problem. This is so because anxiety is intimately related to man's most basic drive.i,e., Self fulfillment. This is nature's first and most all embracing drive ... to be continued...

I don't show or merely write this myself and I don't want to sound like a genius or
something knowledgeable about certain things in life especially in the fields of human life and moral discipline. Although, I seek for it most of the time.
I have read some of the most sought after inspirational books but i have noticed that some of them do not mention the existence of God, I didn't quite notice the difference until i read books that really humbles you and made you realize that it is only through Christ that we can truly preserve inner peace.

No amount of inspirational books can top that nor on any human author who does not include gratefulness of God's work in his life. Otherwise, We will always be on the loop, we will never be free from periodic depression but the difference at some point is it isn't lingering. The feeling is fullness is just overwhelming that you forget about your miseries and instead you try to help and be healed all together and the hopefulness continues...
